A little bit about us...
Corks & Caps opened for business at 5pm on November 24, 2008. Build-out (remodeling) of the space had started more than 90 days earlier.
Joe has worked in retail all but three years of his adult life. His father and then his eldest brother own & operated grocery stores, and Joe was employed by their business. Along with that he managed a convenience store operation providing more lessons in retailing. Along the way he oversaw the beverage operations. This helped him discover the benefits of good beer, wine, and spirits.
We believe customers want to shop in a clean & friendly environment. Friendly doesn't require any work, we just are that way. Keeping the store clean is a job that never stops. Clean also means not having to trip over, or reach around displays to get at the item you want on the shelves.
