Southern Star Paragon Single Barrel Cask Strength Wheated Bourbon
Crafted by Southern Distilling out of Statesville, NC.  They work with local NC farmers to hand-craft their great artisanal spirits.  Our store pick was the 2nd pick ever done in the State, the only other at the time was in the Milwaukee area.  Made from the same mash bill as Weller 107, many have said it tastes very similar, with a smooth finish.  Limited quantities available.

​Notes:
Nose has a sweet smell like brown sugar, hints of sugar cookie.  Taste gives a sweetness that reminds you of eating a freshly-baked sugar cookie. Finish is long and the burn comes through but in a pleasant way.

1792 Full Proof
Made by Barton 1792 Distillery founded in 1879, it is the oldest distillery in Bardstown, KY.  We waited a long 11 months to receive our barrel once we selected it.  This bourbon is very limited and rarely found on the shelf.  Coming in at 125.5 proof it has a kick, but not offensive.

Strong and full of flavor, this bold bourbon boasts an incredible deep and smoky taste, superbly balanced with sweet vanilla and notes of caramel.
